Disulfide Oil Process Dosing Skid is a packaged chemical-handling and metering solution designed to deliver a controlled quantity of chemical into a process.
It is used where accurate, repeatable and safe chemical addition is required. The exact application depends on the chemical, process flow and control objective.
Capacity is selected from the required chemical dose, process flow, chemical concentration, operating pressure, turndown and design margin.
Pump type is selected from required flow, pressure, chemical compatibility, viscosity, suction condition, accuracy and leakage requirements.
Materials may include SS316, PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, PTFE and other compatible materials selected for the actual chemical concentration and temperature.
A system may include level instruments, pressure gauges, flow verification, alarms, VFD or stroke control, PLC and remote plant signals.
